Falling in love is so easy When the chemistry fits It’s light and breezy It takes no effort at all You hold out your heart and you fall One moment you look at a friend The next you believe it’ll never end Somehow the equation has changed Soon you will find your life rearranged When you both feel the same it’s surreal Rainbows and sunshine is all you both feel Your feet are not touching the ground Their touch, their scent, and their sound But how do you fall out of love? There must be a way I haven’t thought of I never could change how I feel Am I stuck in a dream - was it for real? Falling in love is so easy When the chemistry fits It’s light and breezy It takes no effort at all You pull out your heart and you fall But how do you fall out of love? There must be a way I haven’t thought of I could never change how I feel Am I stuck in a dream - was it for real? Falling in love is so easy When the chemistry fits It’s light and breezy It takes no effort at all You rip out your heart and you fall Eventually-nuff is enough I get on their nerves, my jokes are too rough They say that their feelings have changed So sorry it ended this way But how do you fall out of love? There must be a way I haven’t thought of I never could change how I feel Am I stuck in a dream - was it for real? So, how do you fall out of love? I’m searching for truth but I can find none They’ve all moved on and they’re well We keep in touch and it’s swell I’ll never fall out of love, It's not a choice, it's what I'm made of I cannot change the way that I feel The feeling I feel is for real

Clawed my way back here today from a bottle Nothing lasts forever that’s what they say Time to time I fantasize about where I’d be: In different lives But all in all, it seems to be part of a joke Forecast calls for heavy rain I don’t follow Haven’t had a drop here in many a day Eyes to the skies I fantasize about what I’d give To hear your sighs Thunder claps, I step outside for a smoke Thought I’d more to say Feels like yesterday A million miles away From where I found you Reach my hand to the shoulder into the water Lord knows what I may find it could be diseased Now’s not the time to fantasize about where I’ve been In different lives All in all the best we can do is to hope Thought I’d more to say Feels like yesterday A million miles away From where I found you Thought I’d more to say Only yesterday I thought that you would stay Now I can’t find you Nothing left to say There is no yesterday All we have’s today The future and you Din’t you used to say All my yesterdays Are all wrapped in today And I’ll always find you

Must be his shoes, biggest in historee Tell me bout his head Circumferencely So big around, the end I can’t see Has he got a brain That can you tell me? Hasn’t had a thought, not recently

Grouper 02:32
Up in heaven With mom & dad Sometimes when I’m happy I wish I was a little sad I’m like a grouper Don’t get me wrong I’m like a grouper Nothing ever gets me down Now I’m swimming Beneath the sea I see the creatures and I wonder if they’re seeing me I’m like a grouper Don’t get me wrong I’m not a grouper Nothing ever gets me down A final chapter In my tableau Swimming faster, deeper Finding my way to get home I’m like a grouper Don’t get me wrong Still like a grouper Nothing ever gets me down

Okay Boomer You got here Sooner Yea your rocks are lunar Yeah it’s okay Boomer As if we didn’t know this little time we have Is sand slipping through An hourglass Yes, everything is secondhand When we turn our heads up to the skies in light of day Ah, that’s the time we realize That you have thrown Our toys away Okay Boomer So you got here Sooner Yea your rocks are lunar Yeah it’s okay Boomer Okay Boomer, so you proved that you can be alright Okay Boomer, now it’s time to settle down without a fight The trick is not to organize, Just fake it all the way, Always stash a little cash and keep Some time left for to play Okay Boomer So you got here Sooner Yea your rocks are lunar Yeah it’s okay Boomer Okay Boomer So you got here Sooner Yea your rocks are lunar Yeah it’s okay Boomer Okay Boomer

about

This is an album I started in June of this year as a challenge to myself. I've been songwriting for over 30 years, but always with either a solo collaborator or as part of a band. This is my first attempt at writing, recording, mixing, and mastering it all myself.
This is not a concept album, nor does it stick to one genre, other than "homemade". It is an album of the moods I've been in over the last six months and colored by the experiences in my life.
I set a goal of 10 songs by the end of the year. Here they are. There are about 20 more that didn't get finished for one reason or the other, so at least I know I have more material for the next 2 albums at the least, and hopefully more. I hope you can find at least one track here to enjoy, write me or leave a comment if you do!

This album would not have been made without the geniuses behind Garageband and Logic, as well as all the good people at Arturia, Native Instruments, and Output. Special thanks goes out to the Arcade Team!
